The importance of shaping and filling in your eyebrows ladies, goes a really long way in opening up your eyes and brightening your face as a whole.
Now, I’m sure I’m not the only one who is not blessed with naturally full eyebrows, so I spend too much time in front of the mirror drawing and erasing, and trying NOT to look like this:
Point is, the struggle to get your eyebrows looking decent, the same shape for both eyes and of course #OnFleek, is real. But look no further, Eylure has got you covered. I stumbled on the Eylure Eyebrow stencil about a month ago while shopping on Asos. I’ve used it everyday for 2 weeks now – it’s time for a review.
For just £5.00, this package gets you 4 different stencils to choose from; Slim, Medium, High and Full arch stencils. (All reusable)
All you have to do is place it over what natural eyebrow you’ve got (as seen in the picture above) and “fill in the blanks”. You can do this yourself in front of the mirror by holding down the stencil on your face in one hand and your brow pencil or brush in the other. In 10 seconds each, I guarantee that you’ll have drawn eyebrows that you can be proud of!
It’s important to note that finding the right stencil for your preferred look takes time and trials. I find that the Medium Arch is suitable for daily wear, and the Full Arch works for a super glamorous look. So find what works for you.
Our local online stores currently stock good Eyebrow Stencils and I have included the links here for Jumia and Konga. Both stores have a fair variety at cheaper prices.
Guys, this will make a nice token for you woman. Buy her one if she doesn’t have one already.
For a natural look, please fill out the parts of your brow that are missing or sparse.
DON’T draw a straight vertical line at the beginning of your brows. Start about 1cm into your brow and fill in.
DON’T just colour the whole thing (like the ladies above)! Draw short strokes.
