Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Red Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

The Red Store accepts payment by Paypal and Direct Cash Transfers only. All payments must be made before orders will be processed. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

This may vary due to the weight of the order and the days of the week. Our preferred cariers are NIPOST and EMS.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Nigeria.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Red Store is not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Customers will receive Shipping Confirmation and the tracking number once the order item has been shipped.

Items will be shipped to shipping address provided at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please ensure that the address is correct, updated and reflects the address where you would like to receive the parcel.

Please check your order and shipping address. If the parcel is returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, buyers will be responsible for shipping charges for reshipping the item and will bear full responsibility of the loss.

Please make sure you allow enough time for processing and shipping before your item is needed. If the order is urgent, please notify us so that we can use express shipping! If you do not contact us, we will ship out according to the ship by date.

The Red Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. However, exceptions may be made.In this regard we use FedEx and you can find their rates here.
