Book Review: Unhinged by Omarosa Manigault Newman
Omarosa first met Donald Trump when she was a contestant on his show; The Apprentice, and has worked with him on many projects and most recently her job with his administration in the White House. A lot has been said about this book in the media so this review will be in three parts.
Movie Review: Mission Impossible – Fallout
Now that the theme song has got you in the mood, get comfortable. Released about a month ago, Mission Impossible – Fallout has got Ethan Hawk out here, in what earnestly feels like his 100th impossible mission, and I am here for it!
Movie Review: Equalizer 2
I have been looking forward to this movie since 2014 when I watched the prequel. Something about the gentle grieving bookworm who is also the neighborhood vigilante struck a cord. Denzel Washington is Mr McCall, a former CIA agent dishing out righteous judgement on pimps and drug dealer, and this time he is here for the traitors.
Book Review: Lord of The Flies by William Golding
The story is about a group of young schoolboys trapped on a deserted island after a plane crash. These children, none older than 12 are forced to think and survive on their own without any adult supervision.
Food Review: Yahuza Kilishi (Dried Meat)
Yahuza Suya Spot Nig. Ltd is known for making the best Suya in Abuja. Beef, chicken, kidney, liver, gizzard; You name it? They have got it. Fresh off the grill, briskly chopped and neatly wrapped in aluminum foil, with the choice of raw cabbage, onions and Yaji, they also sell the fluffiest Masa I have ever had. But, this is not a Suya review. I’m here about their Kilishi.
